Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TrimDoc Health, Inc. (“TrimDoc”) services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, you may not use our services. These terms apply to all visitors, patients, and users of trimdoc.io.

2. Description of Services

TrimDoc provides a telehealth platform connecting patients with licensed physicians for consultations related to medical weight loss, GLP-1 therapy, hormone optimization, and menopause management. TrimDoc is a healthcare service, not an emergency service. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 immediately.

3. Medical Disclaimer

TrimDoc provides medical care through licensed, board-certified physicians. However:

• Telehealth has inherent limitations compared to in-person care.
• Prescriptions are issued only when clinically appropriate — there is no guarantee any prescription will be issued.
• Treatment outcomes vary by individual. TrimDoc does not guarantee specific results.
• TrimDoc is not a substitute for emergency medical care.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use TrimDoc services. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement. Services are available only in U.S. states where TrimDoc maintains licensed providers. Availability is confirmed during the intake process.

5. Fees and Payment

a. Consultation Fee

A one-time consultation fee of $32 is charged for your initial telehealth visit. After scheduling your appointment in Vagaro, the fee is paid securely online through Stripe, our payment processor. If you prefer, payment via Zelle to billing@trimdoc.io is accepted as an alternative — include your full legal name in the payment memo. Payment must be received prior to your visit; your appointment is held as pending until payment is confirmed.

b. Membership Fee

Ongoing TrimDoc membership is $74 per month and is available to eligible patients after their initial consultation and clinical approval. Enrollment is completed through a private Stripe billing link provided directly to approved patients; membership then renews automatically each month until canceled. Payment via Zelle is accepted as an alternative arrangement — monthly payment must be received by the renewal date to maintain active membership status.

c. Medication Fees

Medication costs are billed separately and directly by your pharmacy. TrimDoc does not collect, process, or mark up medication payments. The pharmacy will contact you directly to arrange medication payment and delivery.

d. Refund Policy

Consultation fees ($32) are non-refundable once the telehealth visit has been completed. If your visit is cancelled by TrimDoc before it occurs, you will receive a full refund. Membership fees ($74) are not prorated for partial months. If you cancel your membership, it remains active through the end of the paid period.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel your TrimDoc membership at any time by emailing care@trimdoc.io. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. There are no cancellation fees. We recommend discussing treatment discontinuation with your clinician before cancelling.

7. Patient Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete health information
• Attend scheduled appointments or cancel with at least 24 hours' notice
• Follow your clinician's medical guidance or communicate concerns promptly
• Not use TrimDoc services as a substitute for emergency care
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials

8. Intellectual Property

All content on trimdoc.io — including text, graphics, logos, and software — is the property of TrimDoc Health, Inc. and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TrimDoc's liability for any claim arising from use of our services is limited to the amount you paid TrimDoc in the three (3) months preceding the claim. TrimDoc is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Travis County, Texas.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of TrimDoc services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
